Data
Initial prediction 745-Enrollment approximately 780+ students currently, +45 from enrollment prediction ties into budget. Will wait for Snapshot for official number.
Review of the last 5 years of STAAR score averages amongst the various testing groups and subjects.
Budget Updates
Number of students over prediction = PUA allotment added to budget after Snapshot.
181 Student devices become obsolete after 26-27 = $99,500
129 Student devices become obsolete after 27-28 = $110,000
Student Chromebook estimated cost $550 per unit.
Will need to replace devices. No word from HISD if this will come from campus budgets or an HISD sponsored program, but campus will prepare as if we need to purchase.
Any money left over will take a p/t hourly/interventionist/TA into consideration.
Staffing
Officially 1 opening-Teacher Multi Grade/Music Waiting for Mr. Ramirez to submit certification papers to close position.
Action Plan Review
Review of MOY and EOY RLA and Math, with various goals for Instructional Domain, Scaffolding, and Writing Engagement Strategies.
Review of how we are closing gaps amongst various demographics
Review of how to improve IEPs with goal of 100% of IEPs will include clear, specific, and measurable goals by EOY.
